Auctions in Madrid, July 2026: the month by the numbers
July 2026 was calmer in Madrid, with 65 new auctions, 83% below June.
The month's tally: 214 auctions concluded, 131 awarded and 83 unsold (61% award rate). Half of the awards closed above €116,789 and half below, 20% under the starting appraisal.
That volume puts Madrid among the ten provinces with the most new auctions in the country in July.
