Auctions in Barcelona: July 2026 in review
Barcelona eased off in July 2026: 98 new auctions, 69% below June.
Of 179 concluded auctions, 111 were awarded and 68 drew no bidder. That puts the award rate at 62%. Half of the awards closed above €47,307 and half below, 40% under the starting appraisal.
That volume puts Barcelona among the top three provinces in Spain for new auctions in July.
